At a remote, beachside colony pounded by tidal waves on the Odisha coastline, Kaysar Singh gets falsely implicated in a rape case. To prove his innocence he embarks on a journey that sees him wading through crocodile infested swamps, hobnobbing with Aghoris, taking on the Naxals, and finally entering into a gunfight with ISI agents. Along the way he runs into the lively tribal Kasturi, the failed romantic Senapati, an alcoholic but loyal Padhy with his eunuch whores, and the scheming cook Lola in an incestuous tangle with a long forgotten cousin. His small circle of tottering and wayward friends tries to help him find redemption.
