"The death of the dawn

lamented in the breath of the flautist

that dies in the cacophony

of the morning birds..."

(A stunning turn of phrase from 'Reclusive Me')

Dewdrops of Dawns is a compilation of poems inspired and penned by the exceptional muse of Dilip Mohapatra.

In Dewdrops of Dawns, Dilip bares his heart and soul for all who take the journey through its pages, from book cover to book cover, from beginning to end.

Each page is etched with sweeping images of life and death, love and sorrow, beauty, and the starkness of reality.

You will find yourself returning, again and again to what will become dog-eared pages that are brimming with beautiful imagery, provocative and heart-stirring scenarios written by one who truly understands the power of poetry.
