There are as many as nine chapters, covering Wordsworth’s life from his Hawkshead school and Cambridge days to his visit to France and love affair, friendship with Coleridge, the Lyrical Ballads, Southey, Lake life and his writing of great nature poetry upto the 1830s and beyond upto his dazzling national career as Poet Laureate of England. Of all the Lake poets he was the first, the last to die and the best to survive as a great nature poet good enough to be compared with Robert Frost of America and Rabindranath Tagore of India.
