About the Book

Reaney stands tall, majestic and timeless, too vast to becritiqued or concluded. This book attempts to peep into the Reaneyan world. It limits its scope to studying various social-psychological patterns as they emerge out of the communities and individuals Reaney projects in his oeuvres. The offers a comprehensive study of Reaney’s communities, individuals, socio-cultural trends, political upheavals and religious/sectarian feudsand the influence of these factors on thepsyche of his characters inhabiting the Southwest Ontario region in Canada. It will help the readers, researchers and scholars in offering fresh insights into critiquing Reaney’s works.
