Meenakshi M. Singh is a rainbow woman and a true change maker. She is an author of three books, an entrepreneur, a certified creative writer, theatre actress, and an IT professional as well as a shopaholic housewife and a mom of twin daughters. Her efforts and accomplishments were recently commended by the REX Foundation (http://www.rexideas.com/). She is being conferred with the much reputed Karamveer Chakra Award and the REX Global Fellowship. She has also been conferred the Magicka Women’s Achiever’s Award, Pride of Women Award by the Aagaman Group and the SashaktNari Parishad – Pride of Nation Award in 2015 for her contribution.

She has authored two books Soulful Symphony and Aawaz earlier, published by Authorspress India, which are receiving rave reviews on portals like Amazon and Flipkart. She has won many awards at writing contests and is known for raising contemporary issues in society through her strong voice. She has set an example for women to listen to their hearts and transform their passion into a profession.

Her body of work has been published in various national and international anthologies and journals like Timeless Voices, Inklinks, Under The Banyan Tree, Blueprint Review, In Our Own Words, Lovelets, Melange – A Potpourri, ShodhDisha, Social Potpourri – An Anthology, Resonating Strings, Sargam Tuned, Purple Hues, Just For You – My Love, Muse – Poets’ International Journal and LANGLIT: An International Peer Reviewed Open Access Journal.

Meenakshi is a Masters in Software Systems, an IT professional with a rich corporate experience of 10 years, working with various MNCs. Being a Deputy Manager in an IT firm; she got her ultimate promotion when she became a mother of twin daughters. After her IT experience, Meenakshi found her true calling in life in her writing and dared to quit her job and tread the path of her heart.

She is the founder and CHO (Chief Happiness Officer) of “CreativeHappiness”, an organization focused on fostering creative expression through her self-designed course “FIND YOUR VOICE” and other programs. She feels fulfilled and proud to see her students published. She has also learnt theatre with her daughters and has performed in various theatrical plays at Epicentre, Mandi House, etc.

She lives in Gurgaon with her husband, raising her twin daughters and herself. At present she is writing her fourth novel, a romantic fiction, to be published soon. Her mission is to elevate society to enable people to lead creative lives, respect creativity and bring society closer to being more true and humane. She says, “I am enough as you are enough, always”.
