Saleem
Saleem is a dynamic Telugu writer with ten novels, 200 short stories and more than 100 poems to his credit. His fiction is translated into several Indian languages besides English. His anthology of stories Rani gari Kathalu and novel Vendi Megham were being hailed as revolutionary and pioneering works in Telugu literature.His works are characterized by humanism and soothing poetic expression. They are critically evaluated as being radical, innovative, historic, ground breaking and significant. He is a recipient of several prestigious awards including Central Sahitya Akademi Award in 2010 for his novel Kaluthunna Poolathota.
