Shweta Mishra ‘shawryaa’
Dr. Shweta Mishra ‘shawryaa’ is an Assistant Professor in English, posted at F.A.A. Government Post Graduate College, Mahmudabad, Uttar Pradesh. She has done her doctoral work on African American women writers and her thesis has been published as Image of Girlhood in the Fiction of African-American Women Writers by Prestige Books International, New Delhi in 2011. This is her first venture into creative writing. Though this book appears to be a feminist statement but she claims to be just a human being, who would speak on any issue that concerns the ones who are suffering, who are exploited and are wronged, rather than wanting to be nailed down with a board and a category on it.
Apart from teaching, the author loves to write poetry and believes that as a thinker it would be a futile existence if she is not able to make a slight difference in the world towards knowledge, light and purity.
