R. Subramony
R.Subramony (Ramaswami Subramony) was born in Thiruvananthapuram in 1976. He works as Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of English at The Madura College (Autonomous), Madurai, Tamil Nadu. The Palakkad Uncle andOther Stories was first published in 2009 (though a few stories have been added in this collection) as Frying Pan and Other Stories by Frog Books, Mumbai under thenom de plume Raja. His second book, Paramahamsa – A Vedantic Tale was published by DK Printworld in 2011.
