Joshy. K. J, born at Pombra, a village in Palakkad district, Kerala, completed his primary and secondary schooling from AUP School Pombra and GVHSS Karakurissi respectively. He attained a Bachelors and Masters degree in Economics from Calicut University, Kerala. Also he did his Masters in Business Administration, specializing in finance, from Institute of Management Studies (IMS), Devi Ahilya University, Indore. He completed his MPhil in Economics from Christ University Bangalore. Currently he is working as an Assistant Professor at Department of Economics at Christ University and pursuing his Doctoral studies there. He has started the journey of writing stories and poems during his school days. His passion towards writing and reading extends to other languages such as Malayalam and Hindi. For him life is fascinating- with colourful dreams and unending challenges. His poems and short stories depict different phases and milestones of human life in the context of grim realities.
