Mr. Ganesh holds a Master’s degree in Physics and Education. He works with Thamarai International School, Thanjavur at the capacity of a Principal. He started his teaching carrier with the prestigious National Defense Academy, Pune. He switched over to school teaching in 2006 and worked with Indus International School, Bangalore and Ecole Mondiale, Mumbai. He also had a brief stint in China teaching Physics for IB students. He is a voracious reader and loves to read books on school leadership. Three of his articles got published in CENBOSEC, brought out by Central Board of Secondary Education. He is an avid football fan and a fitness freak. His interest includes Indian history, Philosophy and modern theories on evaluation techniques. He loves teaching Physics and strongly feels that his tenure with IB schools helped him to understand and grasp the essence of CCE. This book is the natural outcome of numerous debates he had with the author during their stay in Mumbai.
