Kalyanrupa Parasar Baruah was born in Jorhat (Assam). She completed her education from Assam. She did M.A. in philosophy and M.Ed. After getting marriage in October 1998 she shifted to Ahmedabad (Gujarat) with her husband because of his job. She worked in teaching profession for some time but in order to make a proper balance with the family she relinquished her teaching lime and fully devoted herself in household works. In spite of fully engrossing in households works she made Poem and poetry her passion. She has provided relish of her sweet poems to the readers of social media like Facebook etc. She likes music and takes interest in playing violin.
