Rabindra Kr Pathak


 

 

Mr. Rabindra Kr. Pathak did his LL.M. from Indian Law Institute with a Gold Medal in Jurisprudence, after completing LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University. He qualified for NET-JRF in 2011. He is currently pursuing his doctoral research on “Constitutional Adjudication” from Burdwan University. He has authored two books, and has published around twenty research papers, articles and book review in national and international journals and law reviews of repute like Bond Law Review, Asian Journal of International Law, Journal of the Indian Law Institute, Indian Bar Review, Indian Human Rights Law Review, Madras Law Journal, to name a few. He has also contributed three book chapters to edited books, and has recently co-edited a book, Rethinking Law (2012). He has worked as a Legal Researcher for a project assigned by Rajya Sabha (2008), and also for a project on Centre-State Relations for Indian Law Institute (2009). Previously, he was a Guest Lecturer at Indian Law Institute, New Delhi (2009 & 2011). His areas of interest are Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law and Human Rights. He is currently working on “Law and Indian Cinema”, and also on Preamble to the Constitution of India.
