Chandranath Mishra ‘Amar’ Was Born 2nd March, 1925 At Khojpur, Madhubani. He Received The Traditional Education And Was Awarded The Degree Of ‘Vyakaranacharya’. He Taught Maithili At The M.L.Academy, Laheriasarai, And Received The Sahitya Akademi Award For His Critical Work Published In 1982, ‘Maithili Patrakaritak Itihas’ In 1983. His Published Books Are Numerous, And They Include The Following Novels - ‘Virakanya’ (1950), ‘Bidagari’ (1963), And ‘Samadhan’; And Poetry Collections Like ‘Gudgudi’, ‘Yuga-chakra’, ‘Ritupriya’, And UnTa Pal’ (1975). He Has Also Edited A Number Of Important Anthologies, Including ‘Kavivar Jeevan Jha Rachanavali’.

C.D. Norman (b. 1922) Is A Poet 91 Years Old And He Served In The Indian Army During The Second World War, Worked As A Chemist In Sugar Factories And Finally Taught Physics In High Schools In Maduari And Bombay. He Writes Both In English And Tamil. His Leisure Time Occupation During His Retirement Days Is To Collect His Own Writings In Volumes, One Every Year. His Poems Have Appeared In “Youth Times” And “Woman’s Era”.
