Shishir Kumar Swain got An M.A. Degree In English In 1979 And His Ph.D. In Linguistics From Utkal University In 2002. He Is Working As The Vice-Principal Of Gangadhar Meher Jr. College At Sambalpur In Orissa. His Fields Of Interest Are American Literature And Indian English Writings.
