The present book The Theme of Decolonization in Ngugi wa Thiong’o’s Works has four chapters. The first chapter is “Post-colonialism, African Literature and the Kenyan Writer Ngugi wa Thiong’o.” The next three chapters examine the theme of decolonization in the select novels, plays and critical works of Ngugi wa Thiong’o.
Dr Shivaraj B. H. (b 1984) was born and brought up in Harihar, an industrial city in Davanagere district. He has his MA from S.J.V.P Auto College, Harihar and PhD from Karnatak University, Dharwad. Currently he is a lectuer in English at TMAES Polytechnic, Hospete, Ballari district. He is deeply interested in art and music.
