In this book an attempt has been made to present the fundamentals of Sufism, Vedanta Guru Granth Saheb, Hinduism, Theosophy and Principles of Philosophy to enable the readers to grasp the underlying principles in them and find answers to the questions plaguing the modern mind.

S.L. Peeran (b.1950) is Former Member Judicial of Excise, Customs and Service Tax Tribunal. He hails from an illustrious Sufi background. He has been deeply interested in Sufism, in study of human growth & development, Urdu & English Poetry. He published his first book The Essence of Islam & Sufism & its impact on India from New Delhi in 1998. He has completed seventeen volumes of poems in English: In Golden Times, In Golden Moments, A Search From Within, In Silent Moments, A Ray of Light, A Call From The Unknown, New Frontiers, Fountains of Hope, In Rare Moments, In Sacred Moments, Glittering Love, Garden of Bliss, Eternal Quest Evergreen Pastures Perfumed garden of Love, Scattered Gems; Haiku, Tanka, Quatrains and Poetry. He has written short stories titled Glass House and Other Short Stories. His prose work is Contemporary Indian English Poetry. He has also authoredSufi Wisdom and Spiritual Consciousness; A Journey of a Sufi, Sufi Wisdom and Sufi Poetry; Fundamentals of Islam and Sufism all published by Authorspress, New Delhi. He is the editor of Sufi World, A Journal of Sufi Culture, philosophy and literature [Islamic Spirituality - Tasawwuf] and trustee of International Sufi Centre.

Sri R.M Chopra (b 1934) He had a brilliant academic career with MA and LLB from Calcutta university. He has held very high positions including being President of Iran Society. He is deeply interested in the Study of literature. Sufism its poetry, Vedanta, Hinduism, Sikhism and Religions. He has authored more than dozen books on these subjects.
Sri TK Jayaraman (b 1949) joined Indian Revenue Service in 1973. He retired in 2009 as Member (Technical) in the Customs Excise Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, Bangalore. After retirement, he is engaged in teaching French and giving lectures in Western Philosophy at the Indian Institute of World Culture, Bangalore. He has two daughters. His wife Mrs. Meena Jayaraman retired as Post Graduate teacher in Kendriya Vidyalaya, Bangalore.
