About the Book

This book is the compilation of short stories written by me over a period of years and published on various online magazines, -mainly and some online writers’ forums. The story of fantasy tale of a frustrated citizen’ captioned ‘Salvation’ first appeared on ‘Muse India’.

The forums for writers ‘Caferati’ and ‘Shakespeare and Co’ helped me to hone my skill as a creative writer. I love humour and most of the stories were written with my tongue firmly tucked in my cheek.

The subject of Para normal is a fascinating area and as you will see, the genre has taken a prominent space under this cover. So I felt it right to title the book as I Love Ghostsand Other Stories. The rest are all human interest stories based mostly on my observation of the species and experiences with them.

I acknowledge my debt to Chitra (Padmini) Mohan and to Rajani (Seshadri) Santhanam for having sportingly spent time in editing the manuscript.
