Ramblings on Neoliteratureis a collection of papers written on new topics of discourse around the world. This work is especially noteworthy as it concerns a large number of neo-literatures which are emerging in the literary arena. Appu Jacob John is an Assistant Professor in English at St. Albert’s College, Ernakulam. He is an active participant in many of the human rights and environment movements in and around Kerala. He is also a translator and has translated Perumal Murugan’s novel Mathorupakan to Malayalam. Resistance in Exile: A Study of Tibetan Poetry, Metafiction as a Tool in Kurt Vonnegut’s Slaughter House Five, Behind the Lion’s Roar: An Analysis of the Tom and Jerry Cartoon Series are a few of his critical texts.
