Deveika Menon finds moments of nirvana in her trips to the hills. In between she finds time to engage in her passion. At six, she penned her first poem about birds, inspired by a song Una Paloma Blanca. Born to a father who was an entrepreneur and a writer, and to a mother who was known for her artistic skills, she didn’t have to do much; the genes did it all. She enjoyed moments as a moderator in a social networking site and also engaged in the world of blogdom, before preparing to pen a few manuscripts. Her dream is to settle down in a little farm house in the hills with children, birds and animals to occupy her days with an unbroken view of the plush greens and with some classic music while being amused by fireflies at nights.
